Meet the Agent

As co-founder of The Social House Group, Erica is passionate about guiding clients through one of life’s biggest milestones with confidence and ease (and fun!). Her approach is centered on providing a true white-glove experience — anticipating needs, handling every detail with discretion and care, and making the process as seamless as possible. With a background in Marketing and a natural eye for strategy, she loves helping clients showcase their homes beautifully while negotiating with focus and persistence to achieve the best results.

A San Antonio native and proud Churchill High School alum, Erica went on to earn her Marketing degree at Texas Tech University. As a former college athlete, she developed the discipline, leadership, and drive that continue to guide her today. Those lessons, combined with her lifelong connection to San Antonio, give her a unique perspective in serving clients and a deep appreciation for helping them find their perfect place in the city she loves.

Real estate is also a family passion. Her husband, Charlie, owns his own mortgage brokerage, giving her unique insight into the lending side of the process and allowing them to serve clients with a well-rounded perspective.

Outside of work, Erica’s world revolves around her family. Her oldest daughter is pursuing golf at the collegiate level, and her youngest shines as a high school dancer. Whether cheering them on from the sidelines or planning their next family trip, Erica finds joy in the energy and experiences they share together. Travel is one of her favorite ways to recharge — from exploring new cities to relaxing by the ocean, it’s where some of her best memories are made.
