Kito Smith

Meet the Agent

Kito Smith was born and raised in Michigan, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Studies with a minor in Education from Spring Arbor University. He also earned a varsity letter during his time there. Today, he is the proud father of his daughter, Kaydia, and since making San Antonio home, the two have become deeply connected to the community.

For Kito, real estate is personal. His favorite moments are often the simplest ones: watching a client’s children run through a new home choosing their bedrooms, or seeing the look on a family’s face when they realize they have found the right place. In his first year in real estate, he helped more than 20 families become homeowners.

Kito brings a background in public speaking and negotiation to every transaction, along with a strong understanding of the San Antonio market. His approach is straightforward, welcoming and centered on representing his clients with integrity and confidence.
